Dr. Ibrahim Ibrahim (Arabic: الدكتور إبراهيم إبراهيم) was the former Secretary General for the General Secretariat for Development Planning (GSDP). He was the Secretary General from 2006 until June 2011. He became an Economic Advisor to Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Emir of the State of Qatar, from 1988 to 2013.
