Sheikha Al-Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani (Arabic: المياسة بنت حمد بن خليفة آل ثاني‎; born 1983) is the sister of Qatar's ruling Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, and daughter of the country's Father Emir Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and former First Lady Moza bint Nasser. Al-Mayassa was declared the most influential person in art on ArtReview's Power 100, and prominently appears on the Time 100, and Forbes' The World's 100 Most Powerful Women. Al-Mayassa serves as Chairperson of Qatar Museums, and it was reported by Bloomberg that her annual acquisition budget on behalf of the organization is estimated at $1 billion.

Hessa bint Sultan Al Jaber (Arabic: حصة الجابر‎) is a Qatari engineer, academic and politician. She was the first-ever Minister of Information and Communications Technology in Qatar following the formation of a new cabinet by the Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani in 2013 and was the third Qatari woman to assume a ministerial position in the state. In 2017 she was one of four women appointed to the Consultative Assembly, becoming one of the country's first female parliamentarians.

Dr. Ibrahim Ibrahim (Arabic: الدكتور إبراهيم إبراهيم‎) was the former Secretary General for the General Secretariat for Development Planning (GSDP). He was the Secretary General from 2006 until June 2011. He became an Economic Advisor to Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Emir of the State of Qatar, from 1988 to 2013.

Sheikha Abdulla Al-Misnad a leading Qatari educator for nearly three decades, has occupied numerous and prestigious positions in teaching, administration, and research, assuming the presidency of Qatar University in 2003. Prior to that date, she served Qatar University as Vice President for Research and Community Development (2000 - 2003), Head of the Department of Foundations of Education (1992 - 1995), and as a member of the University Council (1986 -1989; 1998 - 2004).

Ali bin Towar al-Kuwari (Arabic: علي بين طور أل كوري; born 6 December 1990) is a Qatari television presenter, traveler, athlete, and author of The Life of an Adventurer. He is also the brand ambassador of Ooredoo, an international telecommunication company based in Doha, Qatar.

Mohammed bin Hashim al-Awadhy (Arabic: العوضي هاشم بن محمد) was a Qatari militant and the coordinator and promoter of the "Wa Atasemo for the Relief of Our People in Syria" Islamic charity organization. Mohammed was the son of Hisham al-Awadhy, a Qatari businessman. Mohammed was killed in battle in northeastern Syria in early 2015. It is believed that he was fighting with Ahrar al-Sham at the time, although ISIS supporters have also labeled al-Awadhy as a "martyr."

Abd al-Latif Bin Abdullah Salih Muhammad al-Kawari, born 1975, is a Qatar-based financier, fundraiser, and "security official" for the terror-group Al Qaeda.

Mansour bin Rashid al-Matroushi, born 1979, is a Qatari Islamist-activist and blogger, most commonly known for his 2013 arrest and detention.

Thani bin Mohammed (Arabic: ثاني بن محمد) also known as Thani bin Mohammed Al Thamir (Arabic: ثاني بن محمد ال ثامر), was the Hakim of the Qatari Peninsula.
