Tian Zengpei (Chinese: 田曾佩; pinyin: Tián Zēngpèi; born 8 October 1930) is a Chinese diplomat and politician who served as Chinese Ambassador to Czechoslovakia from 1984 to 1985, Chinese Ambassador to Yugoslavia from 1986 to 1988, and chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference from 1998 to 2003.
