The Seaborn Goodall House in Screven County near Sylvania, Georgia was built in 1815. It is a Plantation Plain-style house. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. It has also been known as the Goodall-Dell House and locally as the Dell-Goodall House .
