Rayna Jaymes (full name: Rayna Jaymes Conrad) is a fictional character and one of the two leads in the ABC drama series Nashville. Rayna is portrayed by actress Connie Britton as of pilot episode, which aired on October 10, 2012. Britton received critical acclaim for her performance as Rayna. She was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Television Series Drama, Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series and a Satellite Award for Best Actress – Television Series Drama.
