Joseph Hun-wei Lee (Chinese: 李行偉，born October 20, 1952 in Shanghai), fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering (FREng) and the Hong Kong Academy of Engineering Sciences (FHKEng), and a civil engineering professor specializing in water and environmental engineering.
