Chandra Kant Raut or C. K. Raut (Nepali: चन्द्र कान्त राउत) is a Nepalese computer scientist, author and activist. He was active in the Alliance for Independent Madhesh, to establish a country for the Madhesi people. He is often placed under house-arrest by the Government of Nepal. The movement for another single country took the formation of Janamat Party in 2019.
