    Curaçao Medical Center is the main hospital of Curaçao. It is located in the Otrobanda district of Willemstad, and serves a replacement for the Sint-Elisabeth Hospital. The hospital opened on 15 November 2019, and has been constructed next to the Sint-Elisabeth Hospital. As of 2021, the hospital has 300 beds, and a staff of 1,170 people.

    Hospital Vicente D'Antoni is a hospital in La Ceiba, Honduras established on February 4, 1924 in a formal ceremony conducted by the nation's President. It is one of the best hospitals in the republic and was greatly assisted for a number of years by the arrival of two nurses from New England from Sisters of Mercy, who opened up a nursing school at the hospital.

    The 'Dominica China Friendship Hospital' formerly known as the Princess Margaret Hospital is the major trauma facility of Dominica, located in the northern Goodwill part of the capital, Roseau, to the northeast of Lindo Park, north of the Dominica Botanical Gardens, southwest of Clifton Dupigny Technical College and south of Stock Farm Prison. There are approximately 15 house/resident doctors and 12 specialists. The hospital has a four-bed Intensive Care unit. A hyperbaric chamber exists, but is not (as of March 2007) operational. The Ambulance service is operated by the Fire Department, with approximately six ambulances. The Dominica China Friendship Hospital is the main hospital on the island with 800 beds. Most of the building is old, although the French have constructed a new wing to help develop the hospital.
