    John Coleman Hufnagel (born September 13, 1951) is the president and general manager of the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League. He was previously the Stampeders' head coach and played quarterback for fifteen professional seasons in the CFL and National Football League. Prior to his hiring to the Stampeders on December 3, 2007, he was the offensive coordinator of the New York Giants of the NFL.

After being the defensive coordinator for the Orlando Predators from 2010 to 2011, he became the San Antonio Talons head coach in 2011.

Before becoming the Blackjacks' head coach for their inaugural 2019 season, James coached for the Las Vegas Gladiators from 2005 to 2006, the Utah Blaze from 2009 to 2013, the Pittsburgh Power in 2014, the Portland Steel in 2016, and the Tampa Bay Storm in 2017.

He was previously was a head coach in the Arena Football League (AFL) for the Houston Thunderbears, Grand Rapids Rampage and Cleveland Gladiators. Thonn is also a former AFL player. He played WR/DB for the Chicago Bruisers (1988) and the Albany Firebirds (1990–1993). He was the offensive coordinator of the Georgia Force from 2004 to 2007 before being hired as the Rampage head coach.

    Brian Partlow is the Offensive Coordinator of the Cleveland Gladiators in the Arena Football League. He is the former Head Coach for the Austin Wranglers where he had a career record of 4-12, including a 0-0 mark in the postseason. He spent the 2006, 2005, and 2004 seasons as the offensive coordinator of the Colorado Crush. The Crush won the ArenaBowl championship in 2005. Partlow led one of the top ranked offenses in the league helping WR Damien Harrell win offensive player of the year in 2005 and 2006 while breaking the single season record for receiving touchdowns. In 2003, 2002, 2001, and 2000 Partlow coached for the Indiana/Albany Firebirds in the Arena Football League spending two seasons as the offensive coordinator. Partlow also has experience coaching college football including stops at The College of William and Mary, Shenandoah College, and Randolph Macon College.
