Studio Dragon Corporation (Korean: 스튜디오드래곤 주식회사; RR: Seutyudiodeuraegon Jusikhoesa) is a South Korean drama production, marketing and distribution company under CJ ENM Entertainment Division. It was established on May 3, 2016, as a spin-off from E&M's drama division. In 2018, Studio Dragon became a subsidiary of CJ ENM after their previous parent company, CJ E&M, was merged into CJ ENM.

TVN (stylized as tvN) is a South Korean nationwide pay television network owned by CJ E&M, entertainment division of CJ ENM. tvN programming consists of a variety of entertainment content, focused in television series and variety shows. It is available on cable, on satellite through SkyLife, and IPTV platforms in South Korea. Since 2014, the network is headed by Rhee Myung-han. From June 28, 2010, to April 30, 2013, tvN Go was broadcast by renting a channel from Korea DMB.

CJ ENM Entertainment Division (Korean: 씨제이이엔엠 엔터테인먼트 부문), formerly known as CJ E&M, is a South Korean entertainment and mass media division (formerly company) of CJ ENM. In July 2018, the company merged with the parent company's subsidiary CJ O Shopping, with the latter being the surviving entity.

CJ ENM Co., Ltd (Korean: 씨제이이엔엠, CJ Entertainment aNd Merchandising) is a South Korean entertainment and retail company founded in 1994.
