Stacy Elizabeth Sanches (born on September 4, 1973 in Dallas, Texas to an Irish-American mother and Mexican-American father) is an American model and actress.

Stacy was discovered by Playboy scout Ken Honey while competing in a bikini contest in Hawaii. Stacy couldn't do the photo shoot at the time, but did eventually send Honey a photo album after returning to Dallas. Sanches was the Playmate of the Month in the March, 1995 issue of Playboy. Her centerfold was photographed by Arny Freytag. She was named Playmate of the Year in 1996 and was photographed by Stephen Wayda. Stacy was the Playmate of the Month in the June, 1996 German edition of Playboy. She went on to appear in numerous Playboy videos and posed for a handful of Playboy newsstand special editions.

She's the sister of model Kim Sanches. Stacy graduated from Lakeview Centennial High School in 1991. Sanches worked for a year and a half at Hooters prior to working for her father's custom pick-up truck business.

Sanches has acting roles in the films "On the Line" and "Desperate But Not Serious." She appeared as herself in the documentary "Bikini Bash" and was the hostess for ten episodes of the TV show "Playboy's Really Naked Truth." In addition, Stacy made guest appearances on several episodes of the TV series "Dallas." Sanches has also modeled for Mac & Bumble.
