Kalypso: What is this Gatorade?

stars  The monsters spawning from the perverted Tree of Life are (in order): Manticore (lion body, dragon wings, scorpid stinger), Harpies, Minotaur, Cyclops that all are from Greek mythology. Later we see Unicorns that are from Indian mythology - however, these were adopted by the first Greek natural historians, who believed them to be real. All of these are part of the Dungeons & Dragons roleplaying games from which the potions Freddy mentions (Giant Strength, Diminution (which shrinks you to a very small size), and Gaseous Form) also comes.

stars  The "man on the street" is played by Michael Gray, who starred as Billy Batson in Shazam! (1974), even wearing the same kind of red shirt with yellow collar as on the program. This character is also the only one in the entire movie series to refer to Shazam by his original comic book name, Captain Marvel.
