The actress is dating Harley Gusman, who's vice president and head of marketing at skincare company Truly Organic, a source tells PEOPLE exclusively.
On Saturday, the new couple was spotted on a dinner date at Hollywood hotspot Katsuya. The duo pulled up in a Lyft car, and Rose was dressed in all-black while her new girlfriend wore a crop top and wide-legged pants.
"LA, you've been good to me," Gusman captioned a photo of herself with Rose over the weekend.
On August 30 they have broken up after dating for more than two months.
