Qamhat Maahes was born in Cairo Egypt. He is Hereditary Chief of Qamhat Bisharin tribe in Kharga Oasis and Regent Chief of Ababdah tribes in Mohafazat Aswan and Kharga Oasis. His mother is Princess Irisi Saida of the Qamhat Khawr al `allaqi Taha Dynasty.

Qamhat Bishari noble families were best celebrated through 17th, 18th and 19th centuries in the royal courts of Russian and European nobles.

H.M. Tawfika Khanum Sharif, mother of Queen Nazli Sabri of Egypt is the best known descendant of this lineage, though she was of mixed blood and only a very distant relative of the Qamhat.

Qamhat Maahes was educated in USA and Europe. He is a noted wildlife conservation biologist and mediator Qamhat is a poet philosopher and writer.

The Osheikh lived most his life in the United States of America. After the death of his parents in Egypt he was brought to a remote location in the western U.S.A. where his true identity was suppressed. American surrogate parents were later investigated for extortion and kidnapping.
