Maurice Clifton Oldham was born on December 30, 1958 in Princeton, New Jersey. He peacefully departed from this life on Thursday, May 17, 2007.

Moving from Minneapolis to Los Angeles in 1994, Maurice later embarked upon a new-found career - photography - which became an avenue for "self-expression and artistry. " Forming his company MTalent Photography, Maurice was able to work in the entertainment industry and travel to different parts of the world, capturing the enduring strength, spirit and beauty of people. He shared his series of photos in public exhibits and with friends. In addition to his love for photography, Maurice enjoyed volunteering at Butterfly's school, St. James Episcopal School, where he directed The Village Family Praise Team.
