John Payne was one of my favorite actors. I loved him in musicals, and if you have never seen "Sentimental Journey", you`ve missed one of the best movies of all time.

John Payne was always a mystery to me. I never saw him age. I`m glad to know that he lived to be an old man with family.He always smoked in most of his films.
