Jeffrey Blitz is an American film director, producer, and screenwriter from Ridgewood, New Jersey. He is best known for his work on the American version of The Office and the documentary Spellbound, the latter of which was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature. Blitz also won the Dramatic Directing Prize at the Sundance Film Festival for his 2007 film, Rocket Science.
