I was Janis`s personal assistant in the early 1980`s. I would love to find out how she is... I remember her dogs - Bubbles and her German Shepherd Jennie... I am now in NY - would love to contact Janis... talk about Ruth Aarons, etc.
Janis was my mom`s mom cousin. I met Janis`s mother back in the 70`s.
My mom Gwendolyn Bielanin Matthews fondly recalls growing up with Ms. Paige in Tacoma, and graduating from High School (Stadium) with her. Ms. Paige then sang at my parent`s wedding. What a wonderful career this talented, beautiful lady has enjoyed. Marshall Matthews, Wichita, Kansas

For all of Janis's fans. She is doing quite well. Eyesight could be better. Still works out 3 times a week. She is a lovely person as we all know. I am her cousin. She is a class act.
