Christophe Ruggia was born on January 7, 1965 in Rueil-Malmaison, Seine-et-Oise [now Hauts-de-Seine], France. He is a director and writer, known for The Devils (2002), The Kid from Chaaba (1997) and L'enfance égaré (1993).
