Carl Weathers (born January 14, 1948) is an American actor and former professional American football player. Several of his best known roles are Apollo Creed in the first four Rocky films, George Dillon in Predator, Chubbs Peterson in Happy Gilmore and in Little Nicky, Detective Adam Beaudreaux in television series Street Justice, a fictionalized version of himself on the comedy series Arrested Development, and a recurring role as Greef Karga in the Star Wars series The Mandalorian.
