Amelia Rose Fleetwood was born on January 17, 1971 to Fleetwood Mac drummer Mick Fleetwood and model Jenny Boyd.
She lives in the mountains of Ojai, California with her children and keeps a small farm of goats, chickens, horses and a pair of badly behaved overly energetic dogs.
For many years she has worked in various facets of the fashion industry in Los Angeles, casting, producing, styling even including a stint at Vogue as the West Coast Associate Editor.
Now her focus is entirely on writing,and has been published or has forthcoming pieces in C Magazine, C Home, Santa Barbara Magazine, Malibu 90265, Huffington Post, Sunday Express Magazine U.K and elsewhere. She continues to write for companies such as KellyWearstler.com and Styloot.com and others. She has studied with Jack Grapes and is part of his LA Poets and Writers Collective. Her Poetry has been featured in Downer Magazine,The Mas Tequila Review, Poetic Diversity, East Jasmine Review, Dirty Chai and has been part of two anthologies of poetry ‘I’ll have Wednesdays’ and FRE&D Spring 2014 both books are available on Amazon.
She is especially inspired by the interview process, and is also drawn to write about and loves all aspects of design . However she is still a firm believer that nature is the best designer of them all, hence the living out in ‘the sticks’ part of her life !
