Harry Houdini Biopic in the Works at Paramount

The producers of ‘Transformers’ producers are going from robots in disguise to the world's most famous escape artist.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated films of 2023, and it looks like two of the producers on the action packed adventure, Lorenzo Di Bonaventura and Mark Vahradian, have found their next project. Deadline reports that the two are working on a biopic about legendary illusionist Harry Houdini. The screenplay for the project will be written by Neil Weidener and Gavin James, who are no strangers to working with Paramount, as they were just hired to write Jerry Bruckheimer’s Beyblade project.
