IF IN the past he's very open about his relationships, singer/actor Christian Bautista is keeping tight-lipped now on his romance with girlfriend Kat Ramnani. Sun.Star and other entertainment press caught up with the singer at the grand press launch of the upcoming Kapuso primetime series "My Love from the Star," headlined by Gil Cuerva and Jennylyn Mercado.
