Yoon Suk Yeol

Kim Keon-hee (Korean: 김건희; Hanja: 金建希; born 2 September 1972) is a South Korean businesswoman, who is the First Lady of the Republic of Korea since 10 May 2022 as the wife of the 13th president of South Korea Yoon Suk-yeol. She is the current chief executive officer and president of the art exhibition company, Covana Contents.

Yoon Seok-youl (Korean: 윤석열; Hanja: 尹錫悅; RR: Yun Seok-yeol, born on February 3, 1961) is a lawyer and a former Prosecutor General of South Korea.

On 19 January 2025, at 03:00 Korea Standard Time (KST), supporters of the impeached president of South Korea, Yoon Suk Yeol, broke and entered through a window into the Seoul Western District Court [ko] to protest the formal arrest warrant that extended the previous detainment warrant for up to 20 days pending the prosecutors' decision on indictment. The protesters injured several police officers and attacked journalists. By 06:08, the police announced they had restored order.

Beginning on 3 January 2025, South Korean authorities attempted to arrest Yoon Suk Yeol, president of South Korea at the time. Yoon had confined himself at his official presidential residence since his impeachment on 14 December 2024. The arrest warrant, granted on 31 December 2024 by the Seoul Western District Court, stemmed from investigations into Yoon's martial law declaration on 3 December 2024, as well as his refusal to attend any of the three summons demanded by the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials (CIO). On 15 January 2025, after an infiltration of his residence, Yoon handed himself over to the CIO, ending the arrest effort.

Myung Tae-kyun (Korean: 명태균, born 1970) is a South Korean businessman and journalist recognized as a key figure in the 2024 political scandal involving First Lady Kim Keon-hee and several conservative politicians. Prominent in South Gyeongsang Province, he is accused of conducting unverified polls and unlawfully influencing elections through the "Future Korea Research Institute" (미래한국연구소) – an organization he founded.

Yoon Ki-jung （윤기중,Hanja:尹起重; 19 December 1931 – 15 August 2023) was a Korean economist. Yoon was born on 19 December 1931. He is the father of South Korean president Yoon Suk Yeol.
