    Shtisel (Hebrew: שטיסל) is an Israeli television drama series about a fictional Haredi ("ultra-Orthodox" Jewish) family living in Geula, Jerusalem. Created and written by Ori Elon and Yehonatan Indursky, the series premiered on 29 June 2013 on yes Oh. It commenced distribution via the online streaming service Netflix in 2018. The first two seasons have 12 episodes per season, and the third season has 9 episodes.

    The Komediant is an Israeli documentary film of 2000, directed by Arnon Goldfinger and written by Oshra Schwartz. It focuses on the life and careers of the Burstein family of Yiddish theatre: Pesach Burstein, his wife Lillian Lux, his son Mike Burstyn and daughter Susan Burstein-Roth. Made in honor of the 100th birth anniversary of Pesach Burstein, it received the Israeli Academy's Best Documentary Award.

    Israel Shtime (Yiddish: ישראל שטימע, 'Israel Voice') was a Yiddish language newspaper published from Tel Aviv. It was an organ of the Mapam party. David Shtokfish was the founder of the newspaper, and served as its editor until the end. Initially it was a weekly newspaper, but was converted into a fortnightly and later into a monthly publication. Israel Shtime was closed down in October 1997, after 41 years of publishing.

    Yiddishpiel (combination of "Yiddish" and "spiel" - "play"), is a Yiddish theatre in Tel Aviv, Israel. The theatre was established in 1987 at the initiative of former Tel Aviv mayor Shlomo Lahat, Chairman of Mercantile Discount Bank Moshe Noiderfer, and Shmuel Etsyon, who also served as its chairman and artistic director until November 2011, when he was replaced by Sasi Keshet.
