Sharon Cohen (Hebrew: שרון כהן; born 2 February 1969), professionally known as Dana International (Hebrew: דנה אינטרנשיונל), is an Israeli pop singer. She has released eight albums and three additional compilation albums. She was the winner of the Eurovision Song Contest 1998 in Birmingham with the song "Diva".

Bat-Sheva Ofra Haza (Hebrew: בת-שבע עפרה חזה; 19 November 1957 – 23 February 2000), known as Ofra Haza (עפרה חזה), was an Israeli singer, songwriter, actress, and Grammy Award-nominated recording artist commonly known in the Western world as "The Israeli Madonna", or "Madonna of the East". Her voice has been described as a "tender" mezzo-soprano.

Arwa (Arabic: أروى‎; born Iman Salem Ba'amiran (Arabic: إيمان سالم باعميران‎); July 8, 1979) is a Yemeni-Egyptian singer and television host.

Abu Bakr Salem Balfaqih (Arabic: ابو بكر سالم بلفقية) (March 17, 1939 – December 10, 2017) was a Yemeni singer, poet, and composer. He is also nicknamed 'Abu Aseel, The Father of Khaleeji Music' (Arabic: ابو الغناء الخليجي) and 'the one with the golden larynx' (Arabic: صاحب الحنجرة الذهبية). Abu Bakr is known in the Arab world by his unique voice.

Ammar Mohammad Alazaki (Arabic: عمار محمد العزكي‎) is a Yemeni pop singer known for being a finalist in the fourth season of Arab Idol, broadcast by the MBC network. His nomination received widespread coverage in Yemen amidst the Yemeni Civil War (2015–present). Alzaki initially gained recognition for winning the 2006 Munshid Al Sharjah competition which specialized in Nasheed type of singing, hosted by the Sharjah Media Corporation and under the patronage of the Ruler of the Emirate of Sharjah.

Alam al-Malika (Arabic: الملكة علم‎) (died 1130), was the chief adviser and de facto prime minister of the principality of Zubayd in Yemen in 1111-1123, and its ruler in 1123-1130.

Hussein Moheb (Arabic: حسين محب) is a well-known Yemeni singer. He was born in 1985 in Hamdan district, Sana'a, and started singing in 2000.

Fuad al-Kibsi (Arabic: فؤاد الكبسي) is a Yemeni singer. He is among the most popular singers and musicians in Yemen. Most of his music are of ancient scholarly and oral traditions of Yemen. He is son of the famous Yemeni poet, Abdallah Hashim al-Kibsi.

Karama Mursal was a Yemeni singer born in Al-Mukalla, the capital of Hadhramaut Governorate, located in southeastern Yemen. He began his artistic career in the 1960s, precisely in 1963, at the age of seventeen, singing the works of many Hadhrami poets, notably the Hadhrami poet Hussein Abu Bakr Al-Mihdhar, who played a significant role in the success of his songs. He also sang poems by Omar Abu Bakr Al-Aidarus, Ahmed Salim Al-Bayd, Ahmed Salim Bamatraf, Jam'an Bamatraf, Junaid Bawazeer, and Abbas Al-Dilmi.
