S.C. Pallanuoto Acicastello is an Italian water polo club from Acicastello, Sicily. The club was founded in 1958, but joined FIN in 1964. Between 1964 and 1974, the club has spent much of its history in Promozione (the Italian fifth tier). In 1975 the team was promoted to Serie C (fourth tier) and was relegated in 1991. At the end of 1997-1998 season the Castellesi came back to Serie C. The following season it ended in third place. After the second place in the 1999-2000 season, the club was admitted in Serie B. Acicastello won the Serie B in 2005 and promoted to Serie A2. The team was relegated in 2008, however it was re-admitted to the Italian second tier.

Circolo Canottieri Ortigia, also known as Ortigia Siracusa, is an Italian water polo club from Syracuse established in 1928. It is currently best known for its women's team, which won two LEN Trophies in 2004 and 2005.

WC Yugra is a Russian women's water polo club from Khanty-Mansiysk founded in 2008. In 2011 and 2012 it reached the final of the LEN Trophy, lost respectively to Ethnikos Piraeus and RN Imperia.

Stockholms KK is a Swedish swim club from Stockholm founded in 1895. They compete in swimming and water polo. The most famous swimmers of SKK is the twin brothers Arne Borg and Åke Borg. SKK organizes yearly an invitational meet named after Arne Borg, Arne Borgs minne.

Panathinaikos AC Water Polo, founded in 1930, is the water polo department of Panathinaikos A.C., the Athens-based Greek multi-sport club. Despite its early establishment it doesn't have any particular honours so far. The best result it has achieved in the A1 Ethniki Water Polo is the second place.
