    Óscar Alberto Pérez (7 April 1981 – 15 January 2018) was a Venezuelan rebel leader and an investigator for the CICPC, Venezuela's investigative agency. He was also an actor in a film to promote the role of detectives in the CICPC. He is better known for being responsible for the Caracas helicopter incident during the 2017 Venezuelan protests and the 2017 Venezuelan constitutional crisis. His killing in the El Junquito raid received worldwide attention by the media and the political establishment, and was met with accusations of extrajudicial killing.

He is known colloquially as El Libertador, or the Liberator of America.

    Juan Gerardo Guaidó Márquez (born 28 July 1983) is a Venezuelan politician, member of the social-democratic Popular Will party and federal deputy to the National Assembly representing the state of Vargas. On 23 January 2019, Guaidó and the National Assembly declared that he was acting president of Venezuela (Spanish: Presidente encargado de Venezuela), starting the Venezuelan presidential crisis by challenging Nicolás Maduro's presidency. In December 2022, opposition parties voted to dissolve the Guaidó interim government, and the dissolution occurred on 5 January 2023, ending Guaidó's presidential claim.

    Sebastián Francisco de Miranda y Rodríguez de Espinoza (March 28, 1750 – July 14, 1816), commonly known as Francisco de Miranda (American ), was a Venezuelan military leader and revolutionary. Although his own plans for the independence of the Spanish American colonies failed, he is regarded as a forerunner of Simón Bolívar, who during the Spanish American wars of independence successfully liberated much of South America. He was known as "The First Universal Venezuelan" and "The Great Universal American". In the National Archive of Venezuela can be found the statute of the blood purity of the father of Francisco de Miranda (book nine).

    Oscar Raúl Celli Gerbasi (January 16, 1946 – August 1, 2016) was a Venezuelan politician and member of the Democratic Action (AD). Celli, who had previously served in the former Legislative Assembly of Carabobo, was appointed Governor of the Venezuelan state of Carabobo from 1985 until 1988 by President Jaime Lusinchi. He later became a deputy in the National Assembly.
