    The Journal of Writing Research is a triannual peer-reviewed open-access academic journal covering research on the processes by which writing is produced and can be effectively taught. It was established in 2008. The initiative to start this journal was taken by members of the European Association for Research on Learning and Instruction's special interest group on Writing. The journal is diamond open access, which means that there are no charges for either authors or readers and is published under Creative Commons Attribution-Non-commercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 Unported license. It is administrated by the University of Antwerp.

    The Waterfront Researchpark is a business incubator and science park located in Niel (Belgium) associated with the University of Antwerp (UA). The researchpark of about 320,000 square metres is located on the clay quarry site of the former Kapittel brickwork factory. It is a joint initiative of the University of Antwerp, the Regional Development Authority Antwerp (GOM), the University Business Centre of Antwerp (UBCA) and SOFICOM Development (ESDE).

    The Royal Library of Belgium (Dutch: Koninklijke Bibliotheek van België; French: Bibliothèque royale de Belgique; German: Königliche Bibliothek Belgiens, abbreviated KBR and sometimes nicknamed Albertine in French or Albertina in Dutch) is the national library of Belgium. The library has a history that goes back to the age of the Dukes of Burgundy. In the second half of the 20th century, a new building was constructed on the Mont des Arts/Kunstberg in central Brussels, near the Central Station. The library owns several collections of historical importance, like the Library of the Dukes of Burgundy, and is the depository for all books ever published in Belgium or abroad by Belgian authors.

    The HPV Prevention and Control Board, founded in 2015, is an independent group of international experts supported by unrestricted grants from the pharmaceutical industry that bring together key professionals, groups and government officials to deal with issues related to screening and prevention programmes for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, the persistence of which may lead to cervical cancer, the second most common cancer in women living in low-resource settings. The Board focusses on preventing cervical cancer in these countries by promoting the sharing of information on cervical screening and HPV vaccination, which by 2014 had reached only around 3% of eligible girls in low income countries.
