Big Brother Brasil is the Brazilian version of the Big Brother reality franchised television show based on the original Dutch television series of the same name, that was created in 1997 by John de Mol Jr.. It is the second one with more finished seasons (only after the American version) and the only one with more than 20 years of uninterrupted annual transmission in the same channel.

Malhação (Young Hearts in English) is a Brazilian soap-opera that aired on TV Globo from 4 March 1995 to 3 April 2020. The series is targeted at a teenage audience. Each season runs for about a year with cast members changing every season.

Você Decide (You Decide / It's Your Call) was an interactive television program broadcast on the Brazilian TV network Rede Globo from 1992 to 2000. During each episode special cases were presented, and viewers would decide the ending through phone votes.

A Grande Família (English: The Big Family) is a Brazilian television sitcom created by Oduvaldo Vianna Filho and Armando Costa that originally aired on Rede Globo from 29 March 2001 to 11 September 2014. The show tells the story of a typical middle-class family living in a suburban neighborhood of Rio de Janeiro. It is a remake of the series of the same name that aired in Brazil in the 1970s.

Presença de Anita (English: The Presence of Anita) is a 2001 Brazilian drama television miniseries based on the 1948 novel of the same name by Mário Donato. Directed by Ricardo Waddington and Alexandre Avancini, the series aired on Rede Globo from 7 to 31 August 2001, consisting of 16 episodes.

Amor e Sexo (in English: Love and Sex) is a Brazilian television program hosted by Fernanda Lima. Its first episode was aired by Rede Globo on August 28, 2009.

As Brasileiras (The Brazilians - The Women) is a Brazilian television series co-produced by Rede Globo and Lereby Productions. The series aired on Rede Globo from 2 February 2012 to 28 June 2012. The series is a spin-off of As Cariocas. Each episode has a separate storyline, all located in different Brazilian states.

Capitu is a Brazilian television series written by Euclydes Marinho, directed by Luiz Fernando Carvalho, who also finalized the script, and presented by Rede Globo between 8 and 13 December 2008. The production was a homage to the centennial anniversary of the death of Machado de Assis, author of the 1899 novel Dom Casmurro, on which the miniseries was based. Capitu is the main female character of that novel, and is the object of Bentinho's (Dom Casmurro) obsession. The novel forces the reader to decide if Capitu cheated or not on Bentinho.
