    The Kad (Russian: Кадь) is a river in Perm Krai, Russia, a left tributary of the Yayva. It is 76 kilometres (47 mi) long, with a drainage basin of 570 square kilometres (220 sq mi). It starts on the west slope of the Ural Mountains, to the west of Mount Cherdynsky Kamen, in Sverdlovsk Oblast. It flows into the Yayva about 230 kilometres (140 mi) from its mouth. There are small tributaries, the most significant of which are Plyasovaya (10 km), Kedrovaya (11 km), Samara (11 km).

    The Piz (Russian: Пизь) is a right tributary of the river Buy in Perm Krai, the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Republic of Udmurtia, Russia. It is 151 kilometres (94 mi) long, with a drainage basin of 2,210 square kilometres (850 sq mi). It starts in the Yelovsky District of Perm Krai, then flows through Chaikovsky District on the border with Bashkortostan. It empties into the Buy on the border between the Udmurt Republic and Bashkortostan, 20 kilometres (12 mi) from the larger river's mouth.

    The Timshor (Russian: Тимшор, also: Timsher) is a river in Perm Krai, Russia, a right tributary of the South Keltma. It is 235 kilometres (146 mi) long, with drainage basin of 2,650 square kilometres (1,020 sq mi). It starts in the northwestern part of Perm Krai, in Gaynsky District, near the border with the Komi Republic. It flows into the South Keltma 15 kilometres (9 mi) from the larger river's mouth. There are many swamps and lakes along the river.

    The South Keltma (Russian: Южная Кельтма - Yuzhnaya Keltma) is a river in Perm Krai, Russia, a left tributary of the Kama. It is 172 kilometres (107 mi) long, and its area of drainage basin is 5,270 square kilometres (2,030 sq mi). The source of the river is located in the north of Perm Krai, near the border with the Komi Republic, in Cherdynsky District. Its confluence with the Kama lies to the north of the village of Chepets. The river freezes up in the early November and stays under the ice until the end of April. There are many swamps near the river.

It starts in the southeastern portion of Ust-Kulomsky District of the Komi Republic, about 7 kilometres (4 mi) from the border with Perm Krai. It flows through the Gaynsky District of Perm Krai and into the Kama River 1,193 kilometres (741 mi) from its mouth, 145 metres (476 ft) above sea level, near the rural locality of Ust-Veslyana. The river is 266 kilometres (165 mi) long, and the area of its drainage basin is 7,490 square kilometres (2,890 sq mi).

    The Siva (Russian: Сива) is a river in Udmurt Republic and Perm Krai in Russia, a right-bank tributary of the Kama. The river is 206 kilometres (128 mi) long, and its drainage basin covers 4,870 square kilometres (1,880 sq mi). It starts in the Chastinsky District, near the village of Pikhtovka. Then it flows through the Bolshesosnovsky District of Perm Krai and the Votkinsky District of Udmurtia. Its mouth is downstream of the dam of Votkinsk Hydroelectric Station. The Siva freezes up in the second half of October and remains icebound until April.

    The Yegoshikha (Russian: Егоши́ха), formerly Yagoshikha (Russian: Ягоши́ха), is a river in Perm Krai, Russia, being the left tributary of the Kama. In spite of its relatively small size it is famous for its historical significance. It mainly flows across Sverdlovsky City District of the city of Perm and along the border of Motovilikhinsky City District. The source of the Yegoshikha river is in the forest area close to Lipovaya Gora and Vladimirskiy microdistricts. The river flows along the Yegoshikha ravine, which divides the left-bank (relatively to Kama) part of Perm city and is crossed by two dams and a bridge (which is also called a dam by the general population). On the banks of Yegoshikha there are a lot of country cottages, The South Cemetery and The Yegoshikha (Old) Cemetery. The Yegoshikha flows into the Kama close to Perm's river port.
