Fabrication Defect (Com Defeito de Fabricação 1998 Luaka Bop-Warner Bros. 946953-2) is a concept album by Tom Zé.

Brazil Classics, Vol. 4: The Best of Tom Zé – Massive Hits is a compilation album by Brazilian singer-songwriter Tom Zé. This 1990 album was Tom Zé's first release on Luaka Bop after being discovered by David Byrne and was the first introduction of Zé's music to a wider U.S. audience. Music critic Robert Christgau has named it among his 10 best albums from the 1990s.

Postmodern Platos is an EP by the Brazilian musician Tom Zé, released in 1999. It contains remixes of tracks found on his album Com Defeito de Fabricação. The album and the EP helped to increase Zé's popularity in the United States and Brazil.

Brazil Classics, Vol. 5: The Hips of Tradition is a studio album by the Brazilian musician Tom Zé. It is Zé's first studio album on Luaka Bop and is the 1992 follow-up to his compilation released on the same label, Brazil Classics, Vol 4. "Jingle do Disco" features David Byrne on vocals.

The title of Tom Zé's 2005 release, Estudando o Pagode, literally means "studying pagode" (the subgenre of samba). This album is a three-act operetta about women and their relationship to men. Zé refers to the album as being masculist in that "it calls man's attention to the huge disadvantage he has created in his present relationship with women."1 As is common in Zé's music, this album incorporates novel sounds such as a braying donkey and those created from an instrument made out of ficus (fig) leaves.
