Sonu Nigam (born 30 July 1973) is an Indian singer, music director and actor. He sings predominantly in Hindi and Kannada language films but has also sung in Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Nepali, Malayalam, Tulu and other Indian languages. Nigam has also released a number of albums and acted in some Hindi films. He is known as the “Modern Rafi” after his idol Mohammad Rafi, Sonu has won multiple awards including a nomination for academy awards

Lata Mangeshkar (born Hema Mangeshkar; 28 September 1929 – 6 February 2022) was an Indian playback singer and occasional music composer. She is considered to be one of the greatest and most influential singers of the Indian subcontinent. Her contribution to the Indian music industry in a career spanning eight decades gained her honorific titles such as the "Queen of Melody", "Nightingale of India", and "Voice of the Millennium".

Shreya Ghoshal (born 12 March 1984) is an Indian playback singer. She has received four National Film Awards, four Kerala State Film Awards, two Tamil Nadu State Film Awards, seven Filmfare Awards and ten Filmfare Awards South. She has recorded songs for films and albums in various Indian languages and has established herself as a leading playback singer of Indian cinema.

Venkatesh Prabhu Kasthuri Raja (born 28 July 1983), better known by his stage name Dhanush, is an Indian actor, producer, director, writer, lyricist, screenwriter and playback singer who predominantly works in Tamil cinema. Due to his martial arts influenced fight scenes in films, he has been nicknamed the "Indian Bruce Lee" by Indian media and fans. Starring in 44 films over his career, among Dhanush's awards include 13 SIIMA Awards, nine Vijay Awards, seven Filmfare Awards South, five Vikatan Awards, five Edison Awards, three National Film Awards and a Filmfare Award. He has been included in the Forbes India Celebrity 100 list six times, which is based on the earnings of Indian celebrities.

Shruti Haasan (born 28 January 1986) is an Indian actress and singer who works in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil films. She is the recipient of various accolades, including two Filmfare Award South and three South Indian International Movie Awards. Haasan has appeared in Forbes IndiaCelebrity 100 list of 2015 and 2016.

Siddharth Suryanarayan (born 17 April 1979) is an Indian film actor who is known for his roles in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi language films. Apart from acting, he has also been involved in films as a screenwriter, producer and playback singer. He has been featured in many advertisements.

Sunidhi Chauhan (pronounced born 14 August 1983) is an Indian playback singer. Born in Delhi, she began performing in local gatherings at the age of 4 and made her career debut at the age of 12, with the film Shastra (1996). During the year, she won the first singing reality show titled Meri Awaz Suno and rose to prominence after recording "Ruki Ruki Si Zindagi" from Mast (1999). It won her Filmfare RD Burman Award for New Music Talent and was nominated for the Best Female Playback Singer.

Asha Bhosle (née Mangeshkar; born 8 September 1933) is an Indian playback singer, entrepreneur, actress and television personality who predominantly works in Indian cinema. Known for her versatility, she has been described in the media as one of the greatest and most influential singers in Hindi cinema. In her career spanning over eight decades she has recorded songs for films and albums in various Indian languages and received several accolades including two National Film Awards, four BFJA Awards, eighteen Maharashtra State Film Awards, nine Filmfare Awards including a Lifetime Achievement Award and a record seven Filmfare Awards for Best Female Playback Singer, in addition to two Grammy nominations. In 2000, she was honoured with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award, India's highest award in the field of cinema. In 2008, she was honoured by the Government of India with the Padma Vibhushan, the second-highest civilian honour of the country. The Guinness Book of World Records acknowledged her in 2011 as the most recorded artist in music history.

Silambarasan Thesingu Rajendar, also credited by his initials STR or nickname Simbu, is an Indian film actor, director, writer, composer, dancer, lyricist and playback singer in the Tamil film industry. He began his career by playing roles as a child artist in films directed by his father T. Rajendar, before his first lead role in Kadhal Azhivathillai (2002), under his father's direction and produced by his mother Usha.

Anirudh Ravichander (born 16 October 1990), also known mononymously as Anirudh, is an Indian film composer and singer who primarily works in Tamil cinema. He is the son of veteran actor Ravi Raghavendra. He has won two Filmfare Awards, nine SIIMA Awards, six Edison Awards and five Vijay Awards.
