Swedish male high jumpers

Stefan Christian Holm (born 25 May 1976) is a retired Swedish high jumper. He has won an Olympic gold medal, a silver in the World Championships, and one silver and one bronze medal in the European Championships. His personal records are 2.37 m (7 ft 9.3in) (outdoors, set 2008) and 2.40 m (7 ft 10.49in) (indoors, set 2005). He is currently coach of Swedish high jumper Sofie Skoog.

Helge Alexander Jansson (1 June 1904 – 17 October 1989) was a Swedish athlete. He competed at the 1924 and 1928 Olympics and finished in seventh and sixth place in the decathlon, respectively; in 1924 he was also sixth in the high jump with a result of 1.85 m, three centimeters below his personal best.

Vilhelm Bruno Söderström (28 October 1881 – 1 January 1969) was a Swedish track and field athlete. He competed at the 1906 Intercalated Games and 1908 Summer Olympics in the javelin throw, pole vault and high jump and won three medals. He also served as the Swedish flag bearer at the 1906 Games. His elder brother Gustaf competed in athletics events at the 1900 Games.

Yannick Tregaro (born 26 March 1978 in Gunnared) is a Swedish athletics coach.

Jan Niklas Patrik Sjöberg (born 5 January 1965) is a Swedish former high jumper. He broke the world record with 2.42 metres (7 ft 11.3 in) in Stockholm on 30 June 1987. This mark is still the European record and ranks him third on the world all-time list behind Javier Sotomayor and Mutaz Essa Barshim. He twice held the world indoor record holder with marks of 2.38 m (1985) and 2.41 m (1987). He was the 1987 World Champion and three-times an Olympic medallist.

Christian Olsson (born 25 January 1980 in Gothenburg) is a former Swedish athlete competing in high jump and triple jump. He won an Olympic gold medal, one gold and one silver medal in the World Championships and two gold medals in the European Championships as well as a further two golds in the World Indoor championships. He also won the overall IAAF Golden League jackpot in 2004 where he cashed in 500,000 US dollars (after splitting the million dollar pot with Tonique Williams-Darling).

Arne Ljungqvist (born 23 April 1931) is a Swedish medical researcher, sports personality and retired high jumper. Ljungqvist is an honorary member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), chairman of IOC's Medical Commission, and vice chairman of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). He is also called the "Doping-hunter" since more than 45 years.

Gösta Bernhard Svensson (21 November 1929 – 14 October 2018) was a Swedish high jumper. He competed at the 1950 European Athletics Championships and 1952 Summer Olympics and finished in fifth and fourth place, respectively. In 1952 he set a new national record at 2.02 m.

Jan Erik Fredrik Dahlgren (born 19 February 1947) is a retired Swedish high jumper. He competed at the 1966, 1969 and 1971 European championships and at the 1972 Summer Olympics, and finished in 10–14th place; he also placed fourth at the 1972 European Athletics Indoor Championships. Domestically Dahlgren won the Swedish title in 1971 and 1972 and set four national records, the last being 2.22 m in 1972.

Kurt Lundqvist (20 November 1914 – 26 March 1976) was a Swedish track and field athlete who competed in the high jump. He was the 1938 European champion in the event.
