    Lisa de la Motte (born April 16, 1985) is a Swazi former swimmer, who specialized in butterfly events. De la Motte competed for Swaziland in the women's 100 m butterfly at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. She received a ticket from FINA, under a Universality program, in an entry time of 1:08.86. She participated in heat one against two other swimmers Angela Galea of Malta and Tracy Ann Route of Micronesia. Coming from second at the final turn, she edged out Galea on the final stretch to pick up a top seed in a Swazi record of 1:06.70. De la Motte's effortless triumph was not enough to put her through to the semifinals, as she placed forty-fifth overall on the first day of prelims.

    Senele Dlamini (born April 1, 1992) is a Swazi swimmer, who specialized in freestyle and backstroke events. She represented her nation Swaziland at the 2008 Summer Olympics, finishing among the top 65 swimmers in the 50 m freestyle.

    Temalangeni Dlamini (born July 16, 1987 in Mbabane) is a Swazi sprinter. She represented Swaziland at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where she became the nation's flag bearer at the opening ceremony. Dlamini competed in the women's 400 metres, where she finished last in the seventh and final heat, with a time of 59.91 seconds. She also achieved her best result at the 2007 IAAF World Championships in Osaka, Japan, with a personal best time of 58.27 seconds.

    Gcinile Moyane (born May 12, 1980 in Mbabane) is a retired female Swazi sprinter, who specialized in the 200 metres. Moyane qualified for the Swazi squad in the women's 200 metres at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens by receiving a wild card entry slot from IAAF. Running against seven other athletes in heat three, Moyane smashed a Swazi record of 25.62 to claim the sixth and last spot, but finished behind leader Cydonie Mothersill of the Cayman Islands by more than three seconds. Moyane failed to advance into the second round as she placed farther from two automatic slots for the next stage and ranked no. 42 overall in the prelims. Moyane was also appointed as the Swazi flag bearer by the National Olympic Committee in the opening ceremony.

    Phumlile Sibonakele Ndzinisa (born 21 August 1992 in Hhohho, Swaziland) is a Swazi athlete. She competed in the 400 m event at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London where she was eliminated in the first round, but broke the national women's 400m record with 53.95 seconds.

    Priscilla Mamba (born 4 January 1972) is a Swaziland athlete. She competed for Swaziland at the 2000 Summer Olympics in the Women's 5000 metres event. She finished 16th of 17 competitors in her heat and did not advance to the final. She also competed at the 1991, 1999 and the 2003 World Championships.
