Ilana Sheryl Kloss (born 22 March 1956) is a former professional tennis player, tennis coach, and commissioner of World TeamTennis, since 2001. She was the World's No. 1 ranked doubles player in 1976, World No. 19 in singles in 1979.

Amanda Coetzer (born 22 October 1971 in Hoopstad) is a South African former professional tennis player. Coetzer finished in the WTA-tour top 20 for ten consecutive seasons (1992–2001), peaking at world number 3. She reached three Grand Slam semi-finals (Australian Open 1996 and 1997, French Open 1997) and one Grand Slam doubles final (US Open 1993). Coetzer earned a reputation for regularly beating players who were ranked higher than her. By virtue of scoring so many upset wins in spite of her five-foot-two (1.58m) stature, she gained the nickname: "The Little Assassin".

Liezel Huber (née Horn; born 21 August 1976) is a South African-American retired tennis player who represented the United States internationally since August 2007. Huber has won four Grand Slam titles in women's doubles with partner Cara Black, one with Lisa Raymond, and two mixed doubles titles with Bob Bryan. On 12 November 2007, she became the co-world No. 1 in doubles with Cara Black. On 19 April 2010, Huber became the sole No. 1 for the first time in her career.

Greer "Cat" Stevens (born 15 February 1957) is a retired professional tennis player from South Africa.

Delina Ann Boshoff-Mortlock, commonly known as Linky Boshoff, (born 12 November 1956), is a former professional tennis player who won the 1976 US Open women's doubles title with her partner Ilana Kloss.

Sandra Reynolds Price (née Reynolds; born 4 March 1939) is a former tennis player from South Africa who won four Grand Slam women's doubles championships and one Grand Slam mixed doubles championship. Her best Grand Slam singles result was reaching the 1960 Wimbledon final, losing to Maria Bueno 8–6, 6–0. Reynolds is the only female player from South Africa to have reached the Wimbledon singles final, and she is one of three to have reached a singles final in a Grand Slam. In 1961, she was seeded no. 1 for the Wimbledon Ladies Singles Championship, making her the only South African player (man or woman) ever to be seeded first in a Grand Slam singles event. She was the runner-up at the 1959 U.S. Women's Clay Court Championships, losing to Sally Moore in the final. Price won the German Championships in 1960, 1961, and 1962. She was the runner-up at the 1959 Italian Championships, having defeated Bueno in a semifinal, then losing to Christine Truman in the final.

Joannette Kruger (born 3 September 1973) is a former professional tennis player from Johannesburg, South Africa. Her career high ranking is No. 21 in the world, a ranking she achieved on 4 May 1998.

Beverly Mould (born 13 March 1962) is a South African former tennis player who was active in the first half of the 1980s.
