    Tobin Powell Heath (born May 29, 1988) is an American professional soccer player. She currently plays professionally for Portland Thorns FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) and the United States women's national soccer team. She is a two-time Olympic gold medalist and a two-time FIFA Women's World Cup winner with the United States women's national soccer team. She has also won two NWSL Championships with the Portland Thorns. Heath is described as "perhaps the USA's most skillful player" by the United States Soccer Federation, and she was voted the U.S. Soccer Athlete of the Year in 2016. Heath usually plays as a forward or an attacking midfielder and primarily on the right side. She was the first overall pick in Women's Professional Soccer 2010 draft. Heath's career started with the New Jersey Wildcats in 2004–05, Hudson Valley Quickstrike Lady Blues in 2007 and Pali Blues in 2009. Her college career was with the North Carolina Tar Heels between 2006 and 2009 coinciding with her time on the Hudson Valley Quickstrike Lady Blues. Her professional career began in the Women's Professional Soccer league, spending one season (2010) with Atlanta Beat, one season with Sky Blue FC (2011) and one season with the New York Fury until the Women's Professional Soccer league folded in 2012. She played in France with Paris Saint-Germain for the 2013–14 season before moving on to her current club, Portland Thorns FC, when the NWSL was established.

    Timothy Matthew Howard (born March 6, 1979) is an American professional soccer player who currently plays as a goalkeeper for USL Championship club Memphis 901 FC, a club of which he is a minority owner and sporting director. He is also international ambassador in the US for former club Everton. Howard is widely considered to be one of the greatest goalkeepers in American soccer history. Howard was named to the 2003–04 PFA Premier League Team of the Year and was awarded the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup Golden Glove. Referencing the American public's preference for other sports over soccer in contrast to most other countries, the Chicago Tribune described Howard as the "rarest of creatures – an American soccer hero".

    Carli Anne Hollins (née Lloyd; born July 16, 1982) is an American former professional soccer player. She is a two-time Olympic gold medalist (2008 and 2012), two-time FIFA Women's World Cup champion (2015 and 2019), two-time FIFA Player of the Year (2015 and 2016), and a four-time Olympian (2008, 2012, 2016 and 2021). Lloyd scored the gold medal-winning goals in the finals of the 2008 Summer Olympics and the 2012 Summer Olympics. Lloyd also helped the United States win their titles at the 2015 and 2019 FIFA Women's World Cups, the bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics, and she played for the team at the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup where the U.S. finished in second place. After the 2020 Summer Olympics, Lloyd announced she would be retiring from the national team following four final friendly matches in 2021. Lloyd has made 316 appearances for the U.S. national team, placing her second in caps, and has the third-most goals and fifth-most assists for the team. In March 2021, she was named as the highest paid female soccer player in the world. She played her last international match with the USWNT on October 26, 2021, shortly before retiring from professional soccer at the completion of the 2021 NJ/NY Gotham FC season.
