The Public Investment Fund (PIF) Tower (previously known as Capital Market Authority Tower) is a 385 m (1,263 ft) skyscraper in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Construction started in 2010 and was topped-out in 2014. The building was finally completed in 2022, making it the tallest building in Riyadh, surpassing Burj Rafal, and the second-tallest in Saudi Arabia. Designed by HOK and Omrania, the 76-story PIF Tower is one of the most high-tech skyscrapers in the world and the centerpiece of the King Abdullah Financial District.

KAFD World Trade Center is a skyscraper in the King Abdullah Financial District of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It was completed in 2022 and is the fourth tallest building in the country at 304 metres (997 ft), with 67 floors and nearly 1,500,000 square feet (140,000 m) of floor space. The Abraj Al Bait, Capital Market Authority Headquarters, and Burj Rafal are taller, while KAFD is slightly taller than the older and well-known Kingdom Centre. The tower was designed by Gensler.

Al-Majdoul Tower (Arabic: برج المجدول, 'Twister Tower') is a commercial twisted skyscraper in the King Fahd District of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With a height of 244 meters (801 ft), it is the eighth tallest building in Riyadh and twelfth tallest in Saudi Arabia. The tower was constructed from 2012 to 2019 and costed around US$106.6 million. It was selected as one of the zones of Riyadh Season entertainment festival in 2022.

Burj Rafal (Arabic: برج رافال) is a skyscraper hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It opened in January 2014, its 70 floors constructed on an exclusive 20,000 sqm plot.

Al Nakheel Tower (Arabic: برج النخيل) is a 26-floor commercial skyscraper in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It was built from 2008 to 2011. With a height of 200 meters (656 ft), it is the 22nd tallest building in Saudi Arabia and 12th tallest in Riyadh.

Al Rajhi Bank Tower (Arabic: برج الراجحي) is a 205-meter (673 ft) tall commercial skyscraper located in the al-Muruj neighborhood of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project was launched in 2006 and was completed in 2017. The sail-shaped design was created by architects from Atkins, and the tower serves commercial purposes on behalf of the Al Rajhi family, recognized as one of the wealthiest non-royal families in Saudi Arabia and prominent philanthropists.

Narcissus Hotel and Spa Riyadh is a five-star skyscraper hotel in the al-Olaya district of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Partially opened in 2013, it became fully operational by 2015. In 2017, the Boudl Tower was completed as an annex to the hotel, which stands at a height of 155 meters and, as of 2024, is the 23rd tallest building in Riyadh. It was constructed in Beaux-Arts and Neoclassical style of architecture.

Four Points by Sheraton Riyadh Khaldia, formerly Mena Grand Khaldia Hotel (Arabic: فندق مينا جراند الخالدية) and Khaldia Towers (Arabic: أبراج الخالدية المستديرة), is a 33-floor mixed-use skyscraper in the ad-Dirah neighborhood of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Built in 1984, it is named after King Khalid bin Abdulaziz. It was later bought by Starwood Hotels and Resorts in 2013, which itself got acquired by Marriott International in 2016. It is one of the most popular landmarks in Riyadh and is situated in the al-Batʼha commercial area.

Olaya Towers (Arabic: أبراج العليا) are a pair of commercial skyscrapers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It was built between 2011 and 2013. The height of Tower 1 is measured at 166.3 meters (546 ft), making it the 31st tallest building in Saudi Arabia and 17th tallest in Riyadh, whereas Tower 2 stands at 203.4 meters (667 ft), making the latter 21st tallest in Saudi Arabia and 11th tallest in Riyadh.

Anoud Tower (Arabic: برج لعنود) is a skyscraper in the al-Olaya district of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It was completed in 2005. At 155 m high, it is a major commercial building on King Fahd road. It contains 20 floors with 3 basement levels. A twin tower is being completed alongside it. The tower is named after Princess Al Anoud bint Abdul Aziz bin Mousaed al-Saud, the wife of King Fahd bin Abdulaziz and is moderated by several Saudi Arabian companies including Alinma Bank Head Office & Novotel Hotels. The building design is based on a swordfish.
