    The Cathay Central Plaza, formerly known as Wang-Xiang Central Plaza (Chinese: 國泰中央廣場), is a 30-story, 135 metres (443 ft) skyscraper office building completed in 2000 in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Designed by Liu Associates, this building has a triangular footprint and is topped by a pyramid. It is owned by the Mountain Group, which also owns the Shr-Hwa Financial Center in Kaohsiung. As of February 2021, it is the 24th tallest building in Kaohsiung.

    The Han-Lai New World Center (traditional Chinese: 漢來新世界中心; simplified Chinese: 汉来新世界中心; pinyin: Hànlái Xīn Shìjiè Zhōngxīn) is a skyscraper located in Cianjin District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It is the eleventh tallest building in Taiwan and the third tallest in Kaohsiung (after 85 Sky Tower and Chang-Gu World Trade Center). The height of the building is 186 m, the floor area is 146,708.01m, and it comprises 42 floors above ground, as well as 7 basement levels. Occupants include Hanshin Department Store and the Grand Hi-Lai Hotel.

    85 Sky Tower (Chinese: 高雄85大樓; pinyin: Gāoxióng 85 Dàlóu; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Ko-hiông 85 Tōa-lâu), formerly known as the T & C Tower or Tuntex Sky Tower, is an 85-story skyscraper in Lingya District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The structure is 347.5 m (1,140 ft) high. An antenna increases the pinnacle height to 378 m (1,240 ft). Constructed from 1994 to 1997 by the now-defunct Tuntex Group, it is the tallest building in Kaohsiung, and the 2nd tallest in Taiwan after the Taipei 101.

The building has a floor area of 257,007.74 m (2,766,408.3 sq ft), and it comprises 31 floors above ground and six basement levels. The building is phase one of the E SKY LAND complex. Operated by Marriott Hotels & Resorts, the hotel started trial operations on December 25, 2020 and started full operations in 2021.

It was completed in 1994 and was designed by Kris Yao. The building is 42-stories tall and has a total floor space of 69,815 m. When it was completed in 1994, it was the third tallest buildings in Kaohsiung at the time after Chang-Gu World Trade Center and Asia-Pacific Financial Plaza.
