    The Josaphat Brownfield (formerly the Schaerbeek Josaphat marshalling yard) is a 25 ha (62-acre) piece of land located between Schaerbeek and Evere in Brussels. Once a marshalling yard between the Meiser railway station and the Evere railway station linking Schaerbeek and Halle, the brownfield has since developed into a biodiversity haven in the heart of the European Union's capital.

    The Municipal Hall (French: Hôtel communal; Dutch: Gemeentehuis) of Schaerbeek is the municipal hall building and the seat of that municipality of Brussels, Belgium. Designed by the architect Jules Jacques Van Ysendyck [fr] in neo-Flemish Renaissance style and completed in 1887, it is located at the centre of the Place Colignon/Colignonplein. This site is served by the tram stop Pavillon/Paviljoen (on line 55).

    The tram route 55 in Brussels, Belgium, is operated by STIB/MIVB, and connects Bordet railway station in the municipality of Evere, north-east of Brussels, to Rogier metro station in the City of Brussels. The route also crosses the municipalities of Saint-Josse and Schaerbeek. The route was cut in the 2000s with STIB/MIVB willing to reduce the number of tram routes riding in the North–South Axis. Prior to this, the route went on up to the southern municipality of Uccle at the Silence stop. A part of this section is now served by Brussels tram route 51.

The Meiser crossroad on the Greater Ring is located a hundred meters away from the station, which lies under the Chaussée de Louvain/Leuvensesteenweg. The station can be accessed via the Chaussée de Louvain, the Avenue Rogier/Rogierlaan or the Rue de la Luzerne/Luzernestraat. The train services are operated by the National Railway Company of Belgium (NMBS/SNCB).
