Konstantin "Costa" Ronin (Russian: Константин Ронин; born 3 February 1979) is a Russian-born New Zealand actor and cinematographer, best known for appearances in Red Dog, as Gregorovich on the SBS drama East West 101, as Oleg Igorevich Burov in the FX drama The Americans and as Yevgeny Gromov on Homeland.

Konstantin Borisovich "Kostya" Tszyu (Russian: Константин Борисович «Костя» Цзю, born 19 September 1969) is a Soviet-born Australian former professional boxer who competed from 1992 to 2005. He held multiple light-welterweight world championships, including the undisputed and lineal titles between 2001 and 2005. Tszyu was an exceptional all-around boxer-puncher who relied heavily on accuracy and timing, and carried formidable punching power; he is often regarded as one of the hardest-punching light-welterweights in the division's history.

Irina Mikhailovna Baronova FRAD (Russian: Ири́на Миха́йловна Баро́нова; 13 March 1919 – 28 June 2008) was a Russian ballerina and actress who was one of the Baby Ballerinas of the Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo, discovered by George Balanchine in Paris in the 1930s. She created roles in Léonide Massine's Le Beau Danube (1924), Jeux d'enfants (1932), and Les Présages (1933); and in Bronislava Nijinska's Les Cent Baisers (1935).

Nicholas Miklouho-Maclay (Russian: Никола́й Никола́евич Миклу́хо-Макла́й; 17 [O.S. 5] July 1846 – 14 [O.S. 2] April 1888) was a Ukrainian-Russian explorer, ethnologist, anthropologist and biologist who became famous as one of the earliest scientists to settle among and study indigenous people of New Guinea who had never seen a European.

Gennadi Gennadiyevich Touretski (Russian: Геннадий Геннадьевич Турецкий, 17 July 1949 – 7 August 2020) was a swimming coach, best known for training multiple Olympic gold medalists Alexander Popov and Michael Klim through the 1990s to early 2000s at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS). In 2011 he trained Ian Thorpe in Switzerland.
