Roman Catholic cathedrals in Panama

The Metropolitan Archcathedral Basilica of Santa María la Antigua (Spanish: Catedral Basílica Santa María la Antigua de Panamá) is a Catholic church located in the old town of Panama City in Panama. It was consecrated in 1796, although construction work began in 1688, 108 years earlier. It was designed by the military engineer Nicolás Rodríguez. The archcathedral is the episcopal see of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Panama.

The St. John Baptist Cathedral (Spanish: Catedral de San Juan Bautista) also called Penonomé Cathedral is a religious building that is affiliated with the Catholic Church and is located in the city of Penonomé in Cocle province in the Central American country of Panama.

It was declared a historical monument in 2014.
