Tsz Ching Estate (Chinese: 慈正邨) is a public housing estate located in Tsz Wan Shan, Kowloon, Hong Kong next to Tsz Oi Court. It consists of eleven residential blocks completed between 1993 and 2001. The site was formerly Blocks 48 to 53 in Tsz Wan Shan Estate, which was also called "Tsz Ching Estate". After redevelopment, the eastern part of Old Tsz Oi Estate was assigned to Tsz Ching Estate.

Tin Shing Court (Chinese: 天盛苑) is a Home Ownership Scheme court developed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong, near Tin Yiu Estate, Light Rail Tin Yiu stop and Tin Shui Wai stop as well as MTR Tin Shui Wai station. It has totally 17 residential buildings completed in 1999.

Lai Yiu Estate (Chinese: 麗瑤邨) is a public housing estate in Lai King, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is located near Central Kwai Chung Park and Castle Peak Road (Kwai Chung Section). It is located at the north mid-level of Lai King Estate and it consists of five residential buildings completed in 1976, 1977 and 1999 respectively.

The Orient Square (officially The Orient Square Building or Orient Square IT Center, acronym: OSB or use as a code: OS) is a first-class, high-rise and tallest building along Ortigas Center's main road, F. Ortigas Jr. Avenue (known as Emerald Avenue) in Pasig, Philippines. It rises 160 metres from ground level to roof, and is currently the 7th tallest complete building in Pasig, and the 76th tallest building in the Philippines. The building has 38 levels above ground, and 7 basement levels. It will be a mixed-use building, both office and residential. Orient Square Building is currently one of the modern landmarks in Ortigas Center because of its architectural design and its one-of-a-kind curtain wall that glitters at night from the lights inside the building because of its transparency. The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) declared it an Information Technology Building in January 2006.

Un Chau Estate (Chinese: 元州邨), or Un Chau Street Estate (Chinese: 元州街邨) before redevelopment, is a public housing estate on the reclaimed land of Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong, located between Un Chau Street [zh] and Cheung Sha Wan Road, next to MTR Cheung Sha Wan station. It consists of 10 residential buildings completed in 1998, 1999 and 2008, which were developed into 4 phases. Phase 5 was developed on the site of the former Cheung Sha Wan Factory Estate.

Towers of America is an apartment complex in the Newport section of Jersey City in Hudson County, New Jersey, United States. It consists of five towers: the Southampton Apartments, the Atlantic Apartments, the Riverside Apartments, the East Hampton Apartments, and the Pacific at Newport. The Southampton, Atlantic, and Riverside towers were completed 1998; the East Hampton tower was completed in 1999, and the Pacific in 2002. The Southampton and Atlantic have 36 floors, while the Riverside and East Hampton have 33. Those four are all 450 feet (137 m) tall and are tied as the 12th-tallest buildings in the city. The Pacific is 311 feet (95 m) tall and has 29 floors. It is the 32nd-tallest building in the city.

Sphinx Hill, also known as the Egyptian House, is a Grade II* listed house in Moulsford, Oxfordshire, England. Designed by John Outram, the Egyptian-style postmodernist house was completed in 1999, making it the youngest listed building in the United Kingdom.

Highland Park (Chinese: 浩景臺) is a Sandwich Class Housing Scheme estate developed by the Hong Kong Housing Society situated at the mid-level of Lai King Hill, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong near Lai King Fire Station and Lai King Disciplined Services Quarters. Formerly the site of Lai King Temporary Housing Area (Chinese: 荔景臨時房屋區), it consists of six residential blocks completed in 1999.
