Ivy Queen Musa Sound Corporation (formerly known as Filtro Musik and later Drama Records) is a multi-genre record label founded by Ivy Queen and José Guadalupe in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 2005 with the release of Ivy Queen's fifth studio album Flashback. The label also has an office in Miami, Florida. It serves the genres of reggaetón, bachata, hip hop, R&B, and various other styles of tropical and Latin music. The label has previously been distributed by Univision Records and Machete Music while currently being distributed by Siente Music since early 2012.

Orfanato Music Group (OMG) was a Puerto Rican record label in the music and performance production industry. OMG was created by William Landron, also known as Don Omar, in 2007. Orfanato Music Group is an independent record label, which represents artists. Its music repertoire is represented nationally and internationally within the Latino marketplace. Its strategy is to serve those interested in Latino music, including reggaeton, Latin hip hop, and bachata, amongst others. The producers and the company were recognized by Billboard.

El Cartel Records (formerly known as Los Cangris Inc. and El Cartel Productions) is a Puerto Rican record label. The release of Barrio Fino, Daddy Yankee's first commercially successful album, is notable for being the label's first distributed album.

Wild Dogz is a Puerto Rican record label founded by Alexis & Fido.

Pina Records is a Puerto Rico-based record label founded by music producer Rafael "Raphy" Antonio Pina Nieves in 1996. Pina Records is one of the longest-running reggaetón record labels; in 2026, the label will celebrate its 30-year anniversary. One of the genre’s most successful labels, Pina Records' biggest artists include the likes of Daddy Yankee, Natti Natasha, Plan B and R.K.M & Ken-Y.

Machete Music is an urban music label owned by Universal Music Group. The label was once largely associated with reggaeton music, but in recent years, it has also signed non-reggaeton artists such as Malverde, Mala Rodriguez and Chino XL. The label is part of Universal Music Latin Entertainment. Machete Music is one of the most prevalent labels in the reggaeton genre.

Ponce Salt Industries, Inc. was a manufacturer of salt based in Ponce, Puerto Rico. During its operating years, it dominated the salt market in Puerto Rico.

Los Chinos de Ponce (English: "The Chinesemen of Ponce"), formally King's Cream, is an Ice cream parlor located at Calle Marina 9322 in the city of Ponce, Puerto Rico, in front of the town square, Plaza Degetau, opposite the historic Parque de Bombas. Critics have called the site "a Puerto Rican institution" and its ice cream "the Caribbean's best." It has also been called "Puerto Rico's most famous ice cream stand." Another critic called it "[the reason] for which I'll always remember Ponce."

Rovira Biscuits Corporation is a Puerto Rican corporation that manufactures crackers branded by the same name. The company is well known for its production of "export sodas" crackers. The company's headquarters are located in Urbanizacion La Ceiba, barrio San Anton, in the city of Ponce, Puerto Rico, and its main production facilities are located on PR-10 southbound, in barrio Sabanetas, just south of the intersection with PR-52 exit in Ponce, Puerto Rico.

All Star Records Now Orfanato Music Group is Don Omar's record label. He released the album Los Bandoleros under this label in 2005. Omar is the label's biggest attraction. It operates as a subsidiary of, and is distributed through, Universal Music Group's Machete Records.
