Helena Houdová (born December 27, 1979) is a Czech model and humanitarian who has covered or appeared in countless fashion magazines including Elle, Harper's Bazaar, Cosmopolitan and Vogue. According to FHM, "Houdová is one of the 'Top 100 Most Beautiful Women' in the world - and is one of the most successful models in the competitive fashion model industry." She is known for donating earnings to charities for orphans and disadvantaged children. Karel Gott (14 July 1939 – 1 October 2019) was a Czech recording artist and amateur painter, considered the most successful male singer in Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic. He was voted the country's best male singer in the annual Český slavík (Czech Nightingale) national music award 42 times, most recently in 2017.

Andrej Šustr (born 29 November 1990) is a Czech professional ice hockey defenceman who is currently playing for Kunlun Red Star in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). He previously played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Anaheim Ducks. An undrafted player, Šustr made his NHL debut with the Lightning in 2013 after playing three seasons of collegiate hockey with the University of Nebraska–Omaha.
