She developed a view that theoretical knowledge should be applied to practical training, and wanted to improve the education of nurses' and their competence. Cooper held tutoring positions at Northampton General Hospital and Addenbrooke's Hospital and later served as the Queen Elizabeth School of Nursing's principal.

    Stu Williamson (born 5 August 1956, Oadby, Leicestershire, England) is a photographer based in Leicestershire, UK. He grew up in England but has a mix of Scottish and Irish ancestry. From 1978 to 1980, he was drummer for the Scottish pop rock group The Marmalade and performed on their 1978 album Doing It All For You. He then directed his artistic talents towards photography and has continued in this field ever since.

    Percy Frank Weston (27 October 1894 – 4 February 1963) was an English professional golfer. He tied for 9th place in the 1924 Open Championship. In 1928 he won the Midland Professional Championship. Five players had tied on 149 after the 36 holes but Weston won the 18-hole playoff scoring 74, two ahead of second place Dick Wheildon.
