Jeremy John Bujakowski (March 30, 1939 - June 1, 2010) was India's alpine skier of Polish descent, and two-time representative of India at the Winter Olympics. He was born in Druskininkai to Polish travellers Halina Korolec-Bujakowski and Stanisław Bujakowski, who in the years 1934 to 1936 travelled by motorcycle from Druskininkai to Shanghai. His father had served as a Warrant Officer of the No.101 Repair and Servicing Unit in the Polish Air Force in the UK during World War II.

Laima Liucija Andrikienė (born 1 January 1958 in Druskininkai) is a Lithuanian politician, signatory of the Act of the Re-Establishment of the State of Lithuania, former member of the Seimas and the European Parliament for the Homeland Union (Lithuanian Conservatives).

Jacques Lipchitz (22 August [O.S. 10 August] 1891 – 26 May 1973) was a Cubist sculptor. Lipchitz retained highly figurative and legible components in his work leading up to 1915–16, after which naturalist and descriptive elements were muted, dominated by a synthetic style of Crystal Cubism. In 1920 Lipchitz held his first solo exhibition, at Léonce Rosenberg's Galerie L'Effort Moderne in Paris. Fleeing the Nazis he moved to the US and settled in New York City and eventually Hastings-on-Hudson.

Dominykas Milka (born 1 August 1992) is an Lithuanian-American professional basketball player for Keflavík of the Icelandic Úrvalsdeild karla. He played college basketball at College of Saint Rose.

His work pioneered the hermeneutical comparative study of Egyptian and Greek religions, especially their esoteric relations to Semitic religions, and in particular the inner aspect of Islam (Sufism). His books have been published in Lithuanian, Russian, English and French, including translations of Plotinus, Frithjof Schuon and Ananda Coomaraswamy into Russian and Lithuanian.

Donatas Morkūnas (born on April 17, 1957 in Druskininkai, Lithuania) is a politician, banker, a former lecturer at Šiauliai Pedagogical Institute, and signatory of the 1990 Act of the Re-Establishment of the State of Lithuania.
