Aloyzas Stasiulevičius (born June 2, 1931 in Ariogala) is a Lithuanian modern painter, art teacher and critic. He lives and works in Vilnius. His works are held by various museums and galleries, including Jane Voorhees Zimmerli Art Museum, Ludwig Forum für Internationale Kunst, Tretyakov Gallery, Sharjah Art Museum, Latvian National Museum of Art, Lithuanian Art Museum. In 2007, he was awarded the Order for Merits to Lithuania.
Stasys Šalkauskis (May 16, 1886 in Ariogala, Lithuania – December 4, 1941 in Šiauliai, Soviet Union) was a Lithuanian philosopher, educator, rector of Vytautas Magnus University. His philosophy of culture was developed by Antanas Maceina and other philosophers.
Zenonas Petrauskas (June 22, 1950 – January 18, 2009) was a Lithuanian lawyer and deputy foreign minister of Lithuania (2004–2006). He worked as an associate professor of international law. He was born in Čekiškė (Kaunas district municipality).
