Sumner Murray Redstone (born Sumner Murray Rothstein; May 27, 1923 - August 12, 2020) was an American businessman and media magnate. He is the majority owner and chairman of the board of the National Amusements theater chain. Through National Amusements, Redstone and his family are majority voting shareholders of ViacomCBS (itself the parent company of CBS, MTV, TV Land, VidCon, Smithsonian Channel, CBS Television Studios, CBS Productions, Showtime Networks, Nickelodeon, Paramount Network, Big Ticket Television, ViacomCBS Domestic Media Networks, ViacomCBS Networks International, Comedy Central, Paramount Pictures, Miramax, CBS Television Stations, Network 10 and TV distributor CBS Television Distribution). According to Forbes, as of September 2015, he was worth US$5 billion.

Robert Kenneth Kraft (born June 5, 1941) is an American billionaire businessman. He is the chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of the Kraft Group, a diversified holding company with assets in paper and packaging, sports and entertainment, real estate development and a private equity portfolio. He is the owner of the National Football League's New England Patriots, Major League Soccer's New England Revolution, and Gillette Stadium, where both teams play. He also owns the Boston Uprising, the first esports team in New England.

Nickelodeon (often shortened to Nick) is an American pay television network which was launched on December 1, 1977, as the first cable channel for children. It is owned by ViacomCBS through its ViacomCBS Domestic Media Networks division and is based in New York City. It broadcasts usually from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays (the sign off time varies with holidays and special programming), Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Eastern and Pacific Time). It is primarily aimed at children and adolescents aged 2–17.

Philippe Pierre Dauman (born March 1, 1954) is the President and CEO of Viacom. He has served at this post since September 2006. Dauman is a longtime associate of the company's chairman Sumner Redstone. Dauman served from 1994 to 2000 as a member of Viacom's executive committee and as executive vice president in charge of strategic transactions, legal and government affairs, human resources and administration, supervising Paramount Pictures Entertainment, Showtime Networks and Simon & Schuster. Dauman was also a director at Redstone-owned CBS Corporation until September 2006.

ViacomCBS Domestic Media Networks (formerly known as MTV Networks and Viacom Media Networks) is an American mass media division of ViacomCBS that oversees the operations of many of its television channels and Internet brands. Its sister international division is ViacomCBS Networks International.

Shari Ellin Redstone (born April 14, 1954) is an American media executive with a background in numerous aspects of the entertainment industry and related ventures. She currently serves as the chairperson of ViacomCBS and president of National Amusements; she formerly served as the vice-chairperson of CBS Corporation and Viacom. Through National Amusements, Redstone and her family are majority owners of CBS, Comedy Central, BET, Showtime Networks and the film studio Paramount Pictures.

Thomas E. Dooley is chief operating officer of Viacom. He was named COO in May 2010. He had previously held the position of senior executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief administrative officer.

Carl Folta is Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications for Viacom. He has served at this post since November 2006. Before that, he served as Executive Vice President, Office of the Chairman, from January 1, 2006, where he served as Sumner Redstone's senior adviser and spokesman. Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Corporate Relations of the former Viacom Inc., since November 2004. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Relations of Viacom from November 1994 to November 2004, and Vice President of Corporate Relations of Viacom from April 1994 to November 1994. Folta held various communications positions at Paramount Communications from 1984 (when the company was known as Gulf+Western, retaining this name until 1989) until joining Viacom through its purchase of Paramount in April 1994.
