Pakistani professional wrestlers

Muhammad Zubair Aslam, (24 November 1960 – 10 September 1991) popularly known as Jhara Pahalwan (Urdu: جھارا پہلوان) was a Pakistani wrestler who remained undefeated in his career.

Muhammad Aslam (14 January 1927 – 7 January 1989), popularly known as Aslam Pahalwan was a Pakistani professional wrestler and World Heavyweight Champion in professional wrestling. In Europe and America, he had wrestled as the All-India-Champion. His son Jhara Pahalwan was also a wrestler.

Akram Pahalwan (born 1930), also known as Iki Pehlwan was a well-known Pakistani wrestler and a part of the Bholu Brothers Tag Team in professional wrestling during the late 1960s. Some of his well known opponents include Haji Afzal (1963), George Gordienko (1967), Anton Geesink (1968) and Antonio Inoki (1976).

Nasir Bholu (born 1960), is a retired Pakistani professional wrestler and the last surviving member of the "Bholu Brothers" wrestling team. He belongs to the Gama Wrestling family. Nasir Bholu was a wrestler during the 1980s. He debuted in wrestling by defeating Yasir Ali of U.A.E. in November 1979. His complete professional record in not available yet, but he mostly wrestled in Pakistan and the Middle East during his short career as a wrestler. In 1982 he won the Asian championship by beating David Stalford in Bangladesh.

Manzoor Hussain, (1922 – 1985) also known as Bholu Pahalwan, was a Pakistani wrestler and held the world heavyweight title.

Ghulam Mohammad Baksh Butt (22 May 1878 – 23 May 1960), commonly known as Rustam-e-Hind (Hindi-Urdu for Champion of India) and by the ring name The Great Gama, was a Kashmiri, Indian wrestler who remained the undefeated champion of the world.

Baadshah Pehalwan Khan (Urdu: بادشاہ پہلوان خان, born 9 September 1993) is an Pakistani professional wrestler. Khan is the only Pakistani pro wrestler representing Pakistan in pro wrestling. “Pakistan Will Rise” or “Pakistani Kissi Se Kum Nahin” are his catchphrases as a leader whose only purpose is to show to the entire world that he’s the only conqueror from Asia and a noble warrior of Pakistan.

Hamida Pahalwan (7 April 1907 – 12 April 1984) was a Pakistani wrestler. He was the former Rustam-i-Hind and one of the elite champions of the British Raj.

Goga Pahalwan (real name Moazzam) was a world class Pakistani professional wrestler, born in the city of Amritsar in India in a household brimming with wrestling victories. He remained under the pupilage of Great Gama of India for 15 years. He displayed a blazing fighting style, with speedy reflexes seldom giving his opponents a chance to return. Favorite maneuvers were back flying kick, body slam and leg breaker etc. Goga was the youngest among his Bholu brothers who remained a professional wrestler during the later years. He mostly traveled around with Akram Pahalwan. Goga is better remembered because he continued wrestling during the later 1970s while his other brothers have retired from professional wrestling.

Imam Baksh Butt was a renowned wrestler and a practitioner of the Indian wrestling style of Pehlwani. Imam was also the brother of Ghulam "The Great Gama" Muhammad Butt. Imam had arrived in England by April, 1910, along with fellow wrestlers from India, including his brother Ghulam Muhammad, Ahmed Bux, and Gamu, to participate in European catch wrestling tournaments.
